This is for you if you are not able to join us at the Hall but are still looking for a workout solution to help you to feel stronger, flexible and move better. You want the freedom and flexibility to be able to do the sessions whenever you want to and in the space of your own home. Sometimes you may only have time for a short 10 minute session other times you might want a full class. Then our Pilates on demand may be the perfect solution for you. You have full access to all the classes in the online studio, with new classes added regularly for £15 per month.

Start well package

If you are feeling a little unsure about starting online Pilates or nervous about doing the exercises wrong, this is a perfect start for you. You will get 2 private lessons, where we will go through all the essential techniques so that you get the most out of your membership. I will be able to show you, support you and make sure you’ve got the right technique so you can begin your Pilates journey confidently. These private lessons can be at St Nicholas Hall or online and the cost for the 2 lessons plus your first month’s membership is £90.

Either call or email Sharon who will send you a registration form to complete – this includes a little basic information about you, your aims and your health.

The classes take place in a friendly, calm and welcoming atmosphere. You do have to concentrate and work hard but it is an hour that goes so quickly that you don’t always realise how hard you have worked.

Since attending Sharon’s Pilates class I feel stronger and fitter. Pilates is a great way to keep in shape when aerobic exercise is not an option. I’ve been to several different Pilates classes over the years but Sharon’s is the best. I always leave feeling so much better for it.
