Pilates Classes in Barry

Hello, my name is Sharon Sylvester and I teach Pilates classes in Barry. You can be sure that you are in good hands, I have been teaching Pilates in Barry for 14 years and am also a practising osteopath and a university lecturer.

Based at St Nicholas Hall (and also St Francis Millennium Centre)  we have 11 classes a week and so whether you are a complete Pilates beginner or are more experienced we will have a class to suit you.
