The classes take place in a friendly, calm and welcoming atmosphere. You do have to concentrate and work hard but it is an hour that goes so quickly that you don’t always realise how hard you have worked.

Since attending Sharon’s Pilates class I feel stronger and fitter. Pilates is a great way to keep in shape when aerobic exercise is not an option. I’ve been to several different Pilates classes over the years but Sharon’s is the best. I always leave feeling so much better for it.

Hello, my name is Sharon and I run Pilates classes in Barry.

Based at St Nicholas Hall, we have 10 classes a week and so whether you are a complete Pilates beginner or are more experienced we will have a class to suit you.

Classes are fun, friendly and a step towards maintaining a relaxed and healthy body and mind.

New Class for January 2025

If you would like to join us, we have 2 new beginner’s classes starting on Monday 13th January at 10.45am or Friday January 17th at 8:10 pm.  The classes both consist of 7 weekly lessons lasting 1 hour each and both cost £70.  Places are limited so please get in touch to book as soon as you can.

OR if you can’t make those dates, you can book a 121 with Sharon to join an existing class.
